Ingredients
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Organic cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
- pinch Salt
- ¼ cup Whole milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon White chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat toaster oven to 350°F. In an oven safe mug stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips to the mixture. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top.
Step 2
Place in the toaster oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the top of the cake looks set and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Carefully remove from the oven. Allow the cake to cool down for 10 minutes and enjoy.
Additional Tips
For air fryer: 16-18 minutes bake time at 325°F.
