Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- ¾ cup Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 ½ cups White chocolate chips
- ½ cup Gluten-free sugar cookie mix
- 1 ½ teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Sprinkles of choice
Instructions
Step 1
Grease and line with parchment paper an 8x8-inch pan.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan, combine milk and sugar and cook over medium-low heat. Bring mixture to a simmer, whisking occasionally. Cook until the mixture has reduced in half, about 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Add the butter, chocolate chips, and cookie mix. Cook at low heat until the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla and 1 tablespoon of sprinkles. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the pan and top with the rest of the sprinkles. Allow the fudge to set for 4-6 hours. Cut into 24 pieces.
Additional Tips
To prepare your own sugar cookie mix combine ¾ cup of Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Raw Cane Sugar, ½-teaspoon baking soda, ½-teaspoon cream of tartar, ½-teaspoon salt, 2 cups of gluten free flour.
Decorate with your different sprinkles and toppings for your celebrations.
Make a Spring variation with a Strawberry Pistachio Sugar Cookie Fudge! Follow the steps above but replace sprinkles with 1 ½ cups of freeze dried strawberries and ¼ cup of shelled unsalted pistachios.
