Instructions

Step 1

Combine peanut butter, egg, vanilla, & Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Certified® Light Brown and Raw Cane Sugar in a bowl, mix until thoroughly combined; let cookie dough chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Step 3

Remove cookie dough from the fridge, then spoon 1/2 inch balls of cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Step 4

Pour 3 tbsp Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Certified® Raw Cane Sugar into a small dish, then roll balls of cookie dough in sugar before placing onto cookie sheet.

Step 5

Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, then remove & let cool for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 6

Place a single chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie, pressing down firmly.
