Ingredients


  • ¼ cups of Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups Pumpkin Seeds, Raw or Toasted
  • 1/2 cup Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Melt your coconut oil in a saucepan.

Step 3

In a glass bowl, add Pumpkin Seeds, melted coconut oil, Florida Crystals® Regenerative Organic Light Brown Sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well blended.

Step 4

Pour onto your cookie sheet with parchment paper, and bake until toasted (about 15-20 minutes). Be sure to stir every 5-10 minutes.

Step 5

Let them cool and enjoy!

Chef's Tip

The sugar will stick to the pumpkin seeds and also stick to itself, coming out like little clusters. Adding extra sugar gives it a little extra flavor of sweet pumpkin taste to every bite of pumpkin seed.
