Spiced Tea Punch

Ingredients:
1 cup - Florida Crystals® Milled Cane Sugar
4 lemons, thinly sliced
2 oranges, halved and thinly sliced
12 whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
1-1/2 quarts - strong brewed tea
2 cups - water
1 liter - ginger ale

Preparation:
In a non-aluminum saucepan, combine all ingredients, except soda. Over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring to bruise fruit.

Cool 1 to 2 hours. To serve, combine with ice in pitcher or punch bowl. Add soda.

Serving Quantity: 8 to 10


Quick Tip:
If desired, add 2-1/2 cups of light rum to heated mixture.
